Health is the sum total of emotional,
mental and physical well-being. Good health demands the absence of negative thoughts
and is enriched with positive feelings. So, health is considered to be the
greatest wealth. A healthy person is happy always as he has a good present with
an expected future.
A period of carelessness.
When people
are healthy, they concern less about the preservation of their health. Commonly
people failed to develop a good health system at a young age as they are busy
mastering their interests. The irregular
food habits and lack of nutrients food causes them unhealthy when they grow.
Very rarely do people believe in maintaining a good health system for the
future. The most savings a person can have in life is acquiring good health. Real-life
ends when we are unhealthy. We fail to recognize the value of good health when
we are healthy and understand the need for good health only when we fall sick.
Prevention is better than cure.
Though the
proverb is common for all, we rarely exercise it in the matter of health. A few
sets of people believe in medicines rather than their health. When one grows
according to age, one needs to be more alert about health. The main aim of life
is to live a full life without ailments and with a happy mindset. People think
about better savings and better careers for the future, forgetting that health
is the ingredient for all.
Extreme
vitality determines a good role in physical well-being and enriching life with
a good state of mind, to live a longer life without too many age factors. A
good physique may be totally different from the vitality that a person lives
full of. When we prevent health hazards according to the human limit, the
amount of vitality increases in persons. In short, vitality is the power that
supports having full strength in life.
A period of carefulness.
We will
utmost care of our health when we feel sick. We get advice from every bleak
world according to people’s different ideas. The result is that we get enough
advice with prescriptions. After a day or two, we were forced to follow the
prescriptions with exercises and leaving permanent neglect again. The medicine
is a remember that it is the time to regain our energy into full swing to live
a full life.
For good health.

Be away from bad habits.
When we become addicted to a habit may
coin it as a bad habit. Even frequent consumption of over food and a special
interest in junk food also leads to bad habits resulting in health hazards.
Smoking, drinking and uses of drugs create health issues. When people are
addicted to certain drugs, they forget about the food that is vital to the
body. The continuous line of the same food habits makes us addicted and leads
to health syndromes. Obesity and overfat make people consume more food. So, it
is desirable to follow a moderate diet to control an appropriate health system.
-Regular exercises.
Exercise shouldn’t be a punishment to
the body for what we have eaten. It should be entertainment and a continuous
process for a healthy state. Precaution is good according to age. People are
tempted to eat more food when they are free which leads them to obesity. Laziness might be an enemy when we are
overfat. We need to spare enough time for regular workouts to keep the body
stable against age.
-Fasting and renunciation.
Regular
fasting is advisable to maintain good health. When we are habituated to a
certain food, limiting it for a few days is beneficial. So, when we fast or
reduce certain habits for a while, our sacrifices avert the habits from falling
into bad habits. We regain our health by limiting our habits. The sacrifices
revive our bodies and soul to make us a well-balanced individual.

Being healthy is a period of process
and we need enough patience to figure out a sound health with a sound mind. A
regular and continuous routine makes strong health with adequate vitality. Good
thoughts incite a good mindset. A good attitude toward health saves us from health
hazards. According to age, emotional and mental balance have a pivotal role in
life. Let us remember and continue that prevention is easier than action.
