Resilience
Resilience
The power to arise again from
mistakes and failures. A positive adaptation from adverse reality. Mistakes are
common as we are humans. Regretting over the mistakes does less benefit than
solving or rectifying them. Learning from mistakes and instructions promises,
that those mistakes will never be repeated.
A bounce back.
It is time to rectify our own
mistakes as we shouldn’t be ashamed to disclose them. The mistakes or failures
that occur in our lives teach us effects, that it shouldn’t be monotonous in
life. So, we need a revival from past experiences. In short, resilience is a
bounce back to our normal sense.
We do learn from failures that there
are a few steps ahead of us to accomplish the goal. A man with resilience can survive
well because he has experienced adverse phenomena and failures. Further, he has
undergone tough times. Focusing on the positive aspects alone one can
bounce back though it takes a little time.
Set-backs:
Setbacks are common in every
progressive life. To regain normal sense after a setback, one needs time and
effort. Keeping a standstill, one can steadily progress. It is a common feature
for people to withdraw from their normal lives when they face defeat. But
rarely do people surge forward with a new strategic mind to lead success. Everyone has resilience, but due to fear and
shame, most of us deny it.
To jump long, one has to go back a
few steps. Those steps are the added energy for the great jump waiting
next. People who have resilient minds
feel all the defeats in their lives are like storing the energy to make a great
leap.
Risky factor.
Resilience
is always a risk factor to deal with. When we retreat, we shouldn’t force ourselves
to complete failure. It is time to evaluate the points that lead to failure.
The experience gained from the setback makes us divert from the wrong track to
the leading path. The introspection
guides us to find a new practice to prove that we can do it. And believe that
success is always with the people who take risks.
Flexibility exists with sane feelings
of thoughts and behaviour from all disturbances. Take effort at various levels
to cop up with the situations. If you bounce back, you can progress again in
the same field. Let us hope for a positive adaptation to adverse changes.
“I tried and failed. I tried again and again
and succeeded.”
