Problem Solving

Problem-solving

Identifying a problem and adding the right solution for the issue. Applying different thoughts to existing problems. Thoughts may aggravate finding a different mode to reach a solution. But one needs a solving attitude to reach a non-partial attitude to judge the issue.  It is easy to add additional hitches to the existing ones. But we need a special ability to cope with problems and their solutions.

Problems arise at any point in our life. So, solutions will be confusing always. As a Team leader or a manager, one needs to be in utmost care with the solutions as they mark the entire team.

Try not to entertain a problem as it may exploit a chance to repeat again. Once the problem becomes complicated it may lead to a sense of challenge. Problems arise when we failed to achieve the target on time. Let it be a creative idea to solve the problems.

Let us consider the following three factors.

Analyse

It is an inborn nature of people to find wrong resolutions at right and critical times. A greater evaluation through analysing the factors that cause the problems guide us to reach accurate solutions.

Communicate

Communicate the reasons and outcomes of the problems in an intelligible manner.  Make aware of the results through an evaluation and a progressive attitude of the listener and the respondent. Communications should be very clear and should be leading to solving problems. Communication shouldn’t lead to misconceptions.

Resolute

Taking enough time for solutions can liberate us from partial conclusions. From time to time we have to resolute ourselves in view that we are right always but may not be. Find an alternative solution to the problem rather than sticking to a particular point.

“A Problem well stated is a problem half solved”.
