            The quality that inspires people to travel through the path of hope. A leader shows the way, travels through the way and makes others travel and reach the destination. It is a blessed quality in everyone but many fail to recognize it. Every person has the urge to lead and the right to lead but unfortunately many are afraid.  A few realise it and become leaders and great leaders. The rate of success depends upon the eminence of the leadership. When the leader is strong in his ideas and insights, the followers are strengthened and together they lead to the front of success.

A great visionary.

            There should be a definite vision in each leader as they take the followers to the end. The followers travel through the path guided by the leader. Rarely, a few sets of groups may feel that their leader is wrong, and compel themselves either to oppose the leader or change the leadership. But, when the leader is strong in his visions, even if the followers are confused with him, the expected result will be success and strengthened followers.  The key point in leadership is not to deviate from the path and the goal. A visionary leader creates more leaders than followers. The more leaders take more goals into success.

A moderate tactician.

            A leader has to put on moderate tactics to make the followers part of the team. It is a technique to convince people and make them closer to the team. Through tact, the leader inspires the followers to do boundless services for society and the team. The leader may have a lot of ideas but if he fails to adopt tactics in his ideas, it won’t lead to the expected success. The strategy followed by the leader may be unknown to the followers, but if there is a fruitful result, the followers deeply trust in the leadership.

A persistent learner.

            Learning never ends for a leader as it is the sole part of the leadership. All the followers should feel that their leader is the only right, so they have to merely follow their leader. When a leader is very powerful in his strategies, others won’t raise questions about his ideas. If the leader is very weak, even the weakest follower asks questions and suggests new ideas against the leader or else the efficient followers depart from him to lead their own. Reading books, travelling a lot, updating the technologies and mainly listening to others are the leadership tactics of great leaders.

An active listener.

            When the leader listens to his people, he gains confidence and trust. The leader can evaluate his ideas and policies whether it is suited to the people by listening to the followers.  Weak leaders are afraid to listen to their followers as they believe that the followers might consider that their leader is frail. Through active listening the leader creates an impression of an easy approach to all the people.

A good reader.

            Wide reading makes leaders next to great leaders. To know about the world and the moving trends one needs to read well. There will be differences in opinion among the followers but through vivid reading, the leader can solve the problems. There might be chaotic ideas in society but the leader can realise the truth through active reading. With the statements from reading the leader can convince the people. To calibre in oratory skills, a leader should be an effective reader.

Creating leaders

            A leader may have innumerable followers. The real strength of the leader should be reflected in his leadership transferred to the followers. A simple idea can fetch a large volume of people, but it is a difficult and toughest task to create better leaders. A trained and effective leader never misuses his art of leadership in adverse conditions.

A guide

            A leader Guides the followers to travel through the accurate trail as well as help others to sanctify their dreams.  There is an expected outcome in each leadership. So, the leader has to elucidate in a clear way what is expected from each person.  A leader shouldn’t be afraid to highlight his followers for their success. A leader guides the people to success through a vision of a better future of inspiration and dreams.

One who withstands criticism.

            A leader is an inspirer who withstands adverse situations by stimulating the followers with optimistic views. Leadership can be measured as the two sides of a single coin. There are people to appreciate and follow our ideas as well as against us. A leader should overcome the negative people who wait for a chance to eliminate the leader. Managing people is the prime element of leadership.

Conclusion

            Though the qualities of leadership are buried in everyone, many fail to provide on time. We will be more responsible when we become a leader. The situation according to the time elevates a man into leadership.  The power of leadership and the strength of followers are depended on the tactics of the leader.

Regretting over the mistakes does less benefit than solving or rectifying them. Learning from mistakes and instructions promises, that those mistakes will never be repeated. A bounce back.
