Reward

An honour that enhances our hard work and achievements. Each and every small reward stimulate us to aspire more through cumulative performance. The reward is a continuous drive to proceed in our mission to achieve the goal. Everyone tries for recognition and rewards, so each one tries to do their best.

The reward never can be a comparison to our hard work. But it is a small stimulus to continue our work till the end. Even a small gift makes us feel that our work is worth enough to others. The result may be a winning prize to a few, but each one is moulded to face the task again in the trace.

Self-reward

When we feel our effort is not meeting the expected results and recognition, awarding a self-reward raises our self-esteem.  It can be some cash or spending some time in the garden. Visiting a place is also considered to be a good reward as it rejuvenates our thoughts and actions.  

Though the reward is a stimulus for all the work and efforts in life, sometimes we won’t be able to receive the expected reward, which leads to disappointment where we force ourselves to drop the effort midway. The enlightenment gained from the effort can be the best reward in life.

There must be a reward when we complete or reach a goal. The reward is quite natural. We won’t hire rewards very often as it has some peculiar style. When we receive the reward, we are motivated to advance more.

Nature of rewards.

                The reward falls to the people who opt best in their life.  All the things that raise our spirit can be called a reward. Money plays a vital role in reward. That is why, cash prizes are included for almost all awarding ceremonies. The aim of our success should not be a cash prize but a self-actualisation. A mere word can be a greater appreciation as well consider a good reward.

            For instance, appreciating the children may add an impulse in them to learn and help others more. We do live in a world of rewards. Parents motivate their children through rewards from childhood onwards.  When we receive the reward for the righteous thing, we are motivated to do it again.

 

Negative reward.

If we expect a reward in each and everything, there will be time for disappointments too. When we take it in a casual way, it offers good otherwise makes us fade. Though there will always be competition to reach the first and receive the prices. But it is intolerable for all to achieve success without a reward since one who reaches first will be considered the winner always. It would be a great chance for winners to train well for the next step. The expectation of reward makes our life disappointing most of the time.

 

Competition is a good criterion to gain a reward and each race ends in the result of some rewards. The failed ones urge to achieve the reward once in life and the achievers will try their best to hold it with them. The reward system works well among the employees, to be more productive. The incentives, timely promotion and perks high contribute to a good reward system.

Friendly competition is good and fine and there will be progress for both the competitors. Even though all the competitors are not achieving the prize, unknowingly all reach the higher level.

The reward is worth enough when our hard work meets the same.
