Accumulating a process to continue our life. It is a method of continuation to start our lethargic dream. A weak person can become stronger and stronger becomes the strongest through motivation. It is a highlighted quality of willpower. All people are not able to motivate, whereas, some drop adversely.  

Helps to recognize one’s talents.

Self-motivation is the major aspect of finding one’s own talent. We have to accept and encourage it through hard work. Motivation is a continuous process to achieve the target. The most drawback in the world is that we failed to find motivation when we are in need. One can’t expect broadminded impetus from everyone all the time.  

It is acceptable for us to advance in skill finding motivation from others. A few people may consent to it with silence and others might end with mere words. But rare people accept us with mending suggestions if needed. Enrich ourselves with the right motivation when we stand for ourselves. When people degrade us with negative motivation, the self-motivation raise us from adverse effect.

When our works are not up to the expected standard, positive motivation helps us to develop the best out of our talents. Similarly, there will be marvellous progress when our profession leads through the right motivation.

A reflection

A drawing artist once asked his students to draw a picture ‘a rainy day’ on a small chart canvas. The next day all the students brought their canvases. The artist was a little busy as he was not observed the paintings while collecting. A young girl said, “Sir just look at my picture and say something about it!” while handing her canvas.  

The artist reflected on it for a while and understood that the child expected some motivation and appreciation for her work. Sometimes the work may not stand for a good appreciation but the slight appreciation at each stage helps them to great progress. The artist observed her art for a few minutes and accepted it with a smile. He consented, ‘A beautiful creation according to her age and hard work’.

 

Leads us to a happy life.

When we lead our life through the legacy of our talents, we progress in our goals.  Everyone points us to learn from others who are great and succeed in their life. It is the question for us when shall we stand as role models for a few. The inspiration we receive from others can be the best motivation. But it never stands as the right criterion for a happy life. The right motivation should take us to determine that hard work meets success. The right motivation at the right time makes us a person to make use of our opportunities in a respectable manner.

 

Raises to popular.

When we move our task with the received motivation, the amount of hard work demands success. We are able to reach a higher profession with positive ideas. One needs a motivational aspect behind it to maintain popularity and continue success. In the same way, when we are in a demanding position, we should be enthusiastic to motivate others. Some are afraid and believe that the motivation reduces their business value. Motivation through the reward sustains for a long time.
