Happiness

"The purpose of our lives is to be happy." — Dalai Lama

Lord Buddha said, "There is no path to happiness; happiness is the path."  It is true that happiness is a state of mind. So let us stop searching for happiness as it ends in vain because real happiness lies within. The key motive of life is happiness.

A contented life.

The much-sought element for happiness is a contented life. One is satisfied with one’s own life. The marvellous point about happiness is that it increases when it shares. Further, it can spread well among others and can be doubled. It is the collection of the total well-being of one person’s life. People search for 1happiness in all words and actions.

Happiness is not an end result but a progression and well-being of the mind. People are confused that reaching a target or achieving a goal end in happiness. It provides happiness for a while but real happiness endures the welfare of the mind. It cannot transfer to the future but conveys at present.

Happiness is a continuous journey without any destination.

Enriching happiness.

Commonly agreed that one cannot be happy always. Each day man wakes to search for happiness, during the search unhappiness may breach into life causing distress forever. Be away from the source of all distractions and sorrows. Highlight the most beautiful things in the mind and cherish them for a long. So, all the distress can be alienated under the shadow of highlighted happiness.

Strategies for happiness.

Positive thinking is the chief source of happiness. Even in adverse conditions, the positive thinking strategy helps us to find happiness that lessens the distressed burdens a little. Our greatest joy and happiness will be sustained when we are united with people. So handle it in a careful manner to enrich happiness forever. Reflections on our actions can be considered happiness.

Thanking You

Jai…
