Good listening encourages others to express their ideas, opinions, and various expressions about life. Listening is an art that most people fail to pass. The most essential quality needed for a listener is to understand others fully. Once the listener understands the speaker well, then there won’t raise a matter of verbal response. The more you listen the half you speak for better. Proper eye contact of the speaker creates greater confidence in the listener. A listener cannot assure the speaker about listening unless he looks into the eyes of the speaker. The art of listening never can be compared with hearing as the latter represents an only sound.
