Fear

Fear…

Fear is an unavoidable feeling where emotions of the mind are reflected through the body.

It can be further coined as the absence of enough courage to face a stiff situation. Fear is common to all. For a few it is limited, but a certain amount of fear is good for all.

Fear enables a person to be strong in much-awaited situations. (…preparing for competitive exams, job interviews, etc…) It may prime to certain behavioural changes in people. Fear is a phenomenon that we urge from relatives and friends. Knowledge and news can instigate fear in people.

One can make a thorough preparation in life if there are elements of fear in him. If one overcomes fear after success, it gains distinct energy where one can face another situation in the easiest manner.  What if one fails due to fear, it creates deep negative energy and leads the person into depression and fear.

A universal trend for those who are fearful is that they consider even the smallest setback as a dismal failure ending in fear.

Mistakes are painful and lead us to live in fear. If we are sin-free, we needn’t be afraid of fear or regret it later. We should be careful and shouldn’t allow fear to overcome us. You have to consider extremely whether your thoughts and actions create fear. Good and regular practice of good thoughts makes us free from fear. What is fearful, achieve it slowly and steadily.

One may be afraid of driving but driving through empty roads, treeless grounds, and street roads, the amount of fear can be reduced. After gaining enough confidence, one can drive well. If you are fearful selection of choices will be limited, further, we may not able to make the right choice at right time.

All we have to fear is fear itself. Observe the facts and truths that cause fear, analyse them based on the effect reflected in day-to-day life. Though it is unavoidable it can be controlled with a balanced emotion.

“Fears are educated into us, and can, if we wish, be educated out.”
