BREAK


Break, where we back to ourselves.

A timely break supports us to recharge our thoughts, emotions, and actions. It can be a stimulus to double the strength of negative thoughts.  The absence of a break in life leads to negative thoughts.

A break helps us to introspect ourselves with current emotions. Periodical evaluations on oneself revive one to moderate life with positive attitudes. Thoughts are revived during the break. Emotional balance and mental stability can be regained during the pause.

A break can be considered a good pain reliever as it enables a person to revive from stress and pain.

It is not dealt with total inactivity or laziness, but a kind request to disconnect to reconnect. Further, it provides a new route to our life by moving our thoughts and actions to a new different task.

I need a break;

        When emotions overflow…

            Stress overcomes…

            Relationships break…

And finally when I feel that I am not what I am….

Playing games, watching a movie, visiting friends and relatives, outings, dining, etc. give us enough break. Keep the things aside for a while that gives you stress. The break gives us life if we adopt them at right time.

Adopt break as a part of your life.

    It is not wasting time. Break reconnects the broken part in your life and reflects whether our life decisions are correct or not.

    When we take a break, we open something new with a revised feeling of life, love, and concern.
