Self-acceptance “You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.” —Buddha Self-acceptance is a voluntary choice—embracing oneself wholeheartedly, with both strengths and weaknesses. The greatest solution to most problems lies in accepting who we truly are. When we fail to listen to ourselves, we often begin to live by the words of others. At times, situations may not suit us simply because they are misaligned with our personality. All may expect the situation according to one’s own choices.
